About Dylan Morton

Professional Roller Skater, Choreographer, & Educator

I’m Dylan, a professional roller skater, choreographer, and educator with over a decade of experience teaching, performing and working within skating communities around the world.

My work sits at the intersection of movement, music, and performance, with a focus on building strong technical foundations while encouraging personal style and creative exploration on skates.

Experience & Background

Over the years, I’ve had the opportunity to perform, choreograph, and collaborate across a wide range of settings, from live stages and commercial productions to international workshops and community programs.

My background includes large-scale performances, brand collaborations, and extended teaching tours, as well as the development of structured skating programs designed to make high-quality instruction accessible to skaters of all levels.

Teaching Approach

My teaching approach emphasizes clarity, intention, and adaptability. I focus on breaking down movement in a way that’s accessible, practical, and transferable allowing skaters to understand why something works, not just how to copy it.

Classes are structured but flexible, designed to meet skaters where they are while offering tools they can continue building with long after the session ends.

Community Work

In addition to touring and performance work, I’m actively involved in building and supporting skating programs that prioritize education, consistency, and community growth. This includes after-school programming, workshops for emerging instructors, and initiatives aimed at creating sustainable pathways within roller skating.

Whether through workshops, performances, or long-term programs, my goal is to contribute to skating spaces that are thoughtful, welcoming, and creatively driven.

If you’re interested in collaborating, hosting a workshop, or learning more about upcoming opportunities, I’d love to connect.
